Delivery
Artificial Lawn Supply offer several different delivery methods to meet your needs. We calculate our delivery cost for each method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your delivery and handling charges are summarised at checkout.
Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than appears at checkout.
Artificial Lawn supply does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. The delivery date specified by the Supplier is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and the supplier shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Dispatch Policy
Our standard dispatch policy is 10-14 days from date of order. We use a nationwide carpet courier who deliver to specific postcodes each day of the week. A confirmed delivery date will be given at time of placing your order. Goods delivered normally arrive between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Express delivery is also available on request in most cases at an additional charge. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, then you may be charged for re-delivery. Deliveries are kerbside only and cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location. At this time, if you live above the ground floor (i.e in a flat) we are only able to deliver your goods to the ground floor entrance.
Please note: We only deliver to United Kingdom addresses.
